MY MISSION STATEMENT TO YOU

Hi, I'm James I am a coach, I get results with people in person and online.

You are capable of great things. As your coach, I will meet you where you’re at and help you break down barriers to reach what’s on the other side: Let’s get you feeling powerful, earning self-respect, satisfaction, and pride in your abilities.

 

You will gain confidence in what your mind and body can really achieve with the right support. Together we’ll build strong brains to go along with your strong body.

 

You will be challenged, you will have all my support, and I will champion you as you discover how fitness can open doors you always told yourself were closed.

IN PERSON COACHING

This is where we learn how to move, a personal service tailored to you, why is this important?

 

  • We are all unique, it's about meeting you where you are at. 

  • You will progress each week, realising how capable you really are.

 

ONLINE COACHING

Online coaching gives me the capability to work with you no matter where you are.

​

  • This is a personal service, the training and nutrition will be based on your goals and the results you want.

  • Zoom sessions can come with this option also.

HYBRID COACHING

This is a blend of in-person coaching and online.

  • This suits an intermediate/advanced trainee. 

  • What is great about this is you come in every so often for a session then go and do your plan.

WEEKLY CHECK-INSUPPORT

This is where we can create a strong relationship. This is where the accountability aspect comes into place while being coached, we will catch up weekly to ensure we are still going in the right direction, this has been proven an essential part of my coaching service for clients.

A TAILORED GYM PROGRAM

We have all walked into the gym before and felt lost, not knowing what to do. This is where I come in, meeting you where you are at, and prescribing exercise that is personal to you, we will look at how you move and build from there, the exercise chosen will support your goals.

A TAILORED NUTRITION APPROACH

A specific approach to suit your needs, we will look at how you currently eat and what you have previously done, we will hatch a plan to set you up for success. You will receive education about food, the more you know and understand it the more you will be set up for success.

Designed for gym-goers, this plan integrates gym equipment to advance your strength training.
